Rupunzell:: Careful of the battery mounted above the K-Jetronic injection pump. Stuff from the battery has been known to corrode away the high pressure fuel lines resulting in a leak and a magnesium engine fire. I had a co-worker loose their 914 due to an engine fire. The Porsche that some Porsche folks would like to forget and wish it would go away.
