It's a big world and you haven't told us where you are located?
Anyway, here's Ralph Steinberg's excellent shop (near Philly)

go to a bicycle shop and watch someone true up a wheel, or a motorcycle shop!!(may be better) I have trued many old wheels, (as long as they have spokes and nipples) not welded spokes, if so and bent just about junk at that point.

They aren't hard to do in the garage, if the spoke nipples aren't rusted. With the wheel off the car just bang on the spokes with your spoke wrench and tension them to sound the same.

There's a place in Greensboro, North Carolina called Hendrix Wire Wheels if I recall correctly.
You'll need to log in to post.
