  I voted for the Jeep, but if write-in candidates are allowed, I'd rather drive a boat.

  You didn't say what kind of "Dessert". We talking apple pie, snickerdoodles, Bavarian Chocolate cake?
  

  Why would you want something with a radiator if all you had was bailing wire and string? I'd take the "Thing".

  With the gas, I'd make a sign in fire for passing ships or airplanes..... something about "Send women, sunscreen and pina coladas..." Some Jimmy Buffett cd's (or tapes... 8 tracks?)

  Hey, just because you and I might know the difference between deserted and desserted isle, doesn't mean the poll does-- I was just going with what it says.

  I'm willing to chance the added complexity of a water cooled engine for real no kidding off road capability.

  If it were to be parked in my garage not on an island I would take the Moke.
