I was about to say that, since there is 4 choices, you have a 25% chance of getting it right. But its listed twice. 60% make no sense at all. Therefore, the answer is 50%.

Well, given four choices, the odds of arbitrarily selecting the right answer is 1/4 or 25%. However, since two of the choices are identical, the odds are 2/4, or 50%. But since 50% is listed only once, we're back to 1/4 or 25%. But since 25% is listed twice, the odds are 2/4, or 50%.
I hope that cleared it up for everybody.

Interesting. 50% is the correct answer, but only one of the choices is 50% (B), so your chances of randomly selecting B are 1 in 4, or 25%. So I think either A or D are correct.
