ouch... I saw the after affects of that once. Guy nailed a box truck going the other way right in the rear axle, killing himself and flipping the truck right over.

With a stunt like that it's not a stretch to think he's been on Darwin's watch list for some time. Hope no innocents were hurt in this incident but I will feel absolutely no sorrow for that dickhead.

There has been another video like that on YouTube for quite some time, although it was filmed from a different car (there was nothing left of the accident vehicle), with a BMW wagon full of people crashing headon into another box truck.

Had my spirited youthful share of busted sheetmetal. Never contemplated a pass like that... maybe if I had better equipment I could've done more damage

Thinking back over all the stupid stuff I did as a teen, it's a wonder I ever made it to 20. Thank the Lord all the sheet metal I bent was at low speeds and usually involved trees. It took me a while to grow out of playing in the dirt...well, not really, I never did.

The ONLY bad thing is if there were any passengers. Not that they are terribly smart, but he's the moron.

I'm much more concerned about the driver of the box truck. Driver of the camera car deserved to be dead acting like that.

I would have to guess that there was at least one passenger. You can hear a scream, but no attempt to avoid the truck.

He was at the perfect angle to not see the truck. I imagine if he lost control there would be a point in which the vehicle would jerk, or react differently. I'm sure he hammered the wheel to the right after the point of no return.

+1 and he had plenty of time to avoid the truck too, I can't see why he drifted into the oncoming lane.

If I had not read the title of the thread, I would not have figured it for a fatality. He wasn't that far over.

I find that most accidents involving a car and a semi usually equal a fatality for somebody in the car.

Just imagine the closing speeds. Assuming the truck was doing the speed limit.. the car was WAY over it... then factor in the mass of the truck compared to the car.

it's not a good bit of mathmatics
