    A decent ebay deal.

I was told I should have picked up a 3 quart for extra insurance, but 2 will do fine and I can always upgrade over time.

<a href="DSC02755"> Andre I use a 2 qt Accusump with my big Healey's 3 litre 6-cylinder without any problems. Just make sure you plumb it into your oil system after the filter. I have my canister mounted above the passengers footwell, just in sight in this pic.

Yeah the 2 quart should be fine. I was told 3 is idea if you blow something up so you can make it around the next turn hehe.

The FIAT has a hook up port just over top of the filter. Pretty easy install.

I'm tempted to run the chamber behind the drivers seat and snake the line under the car. Direct path to the hook up.

Want to leave the pass side alone. Sort of hoping the be able to keep a seat in there.

    We shall see.

I'm going to get an oil cooler sandwich with a thermostat built in next. Stole the cooler off the GT6 it does not need it.

Simplifies things for oil changes too.

    Next piece has been acquired.

Put out an email to the VARAC guys and someone came back with one for a good price.

I have to pay the $50US to transfer the ownership into my name. Still cheaper then new which fits my budget model.

    André,

Do you plan on using a manual ball valve or electric valve to activate the accusump? One of the benefits of the accusump is that it can be used as a pre-oiler on startup. Running the line under the car limits you to the electric setup and you need to watch how long and the size of the hose used to connect to it. Longer the hose the greater the pressure drop and longer the response time for it to act. Plus the oil in the sump will be cold making it less responsive.

I have mine plumbed right into the main oil gallery on the passenger side, right behind the water pump and the unit is mounted in the passenger seat area next to the battery.
