The rear spoiler on my 2004 WRX is cracked around two of the mounting studs, which are bonded into it. I'm not sure exactly what the spoiler is made of (fiberglass?, ABS?, other?).

I initially tried Permatex Super Glue, which seemed to work for a few days before failing. Then I tried some Permatex two part epoxy, which also failed.

Anybody know what the factory spoiler is made of? I figure that once I know what it's made out of, I can find the proper epoxy to repair it.

Get a bumper repair kit. That stuff bonds to almost anything and I have used it to repair similar studs multiple times. Available at NAPA or maybe even your local Walmart o Kmart.

get plastic hole fillers and leave it off.
