I remember glancing at an issue of GRM which had some good pointers for newbies going around the track at VIR. For the life of me I am not able to find it. Anyone out there know which month or issue number that article was in? Is there an electronic copy on GRM's home site somewhere?

Thanks for any and all guidance.

It was likely an issue about the Ultimate Track Car Challenge. Hopefully that can narrow it down for you.

I know that it came out last year. Were I not at Summit Point, I would walk to my bookshelf and find it. There was also a video (I think on YouTube) with Spec E30 champ Chris Cobetto talking you through a lap.

Search YouTube for Chris Cobetto demonstrates the driving line at Virginia International Raceway. Should get you what you need, at least on the video side. On a side note, I was there for the audio overlay recording. An interesting learning experience.
