Well I can't ignore winter anymore. It was below freezing and snowing today. The snow tires on the Miata and Grand Prix, the summer tires are cleaned and bagged in the shed, all the hoses are stowed, and the faucets are covered. The hardtop is on for the winter, and both cars live in the garage.

Unfortunately my Javelin has to live outside. I didn't get much done to it what with getting married, starting a new career, and that whole bit. I'm worried about being out there all winter in the wet and the snow. I know, it's sat outside for 27 years, but in Eastern Washington which is a LOT drier than where I live.

I think I'd like to put on a car cover of some sort to at least keep water from the interior, bare roof (ex-vinyl top car), and window channels. Any ideas or suggestions?

PS - The engine as actual anti-freeze in it, so I am not worried about it. Everything else needs to be rebuilt anyways.

as long as you don't have it parked under a tree or something, just park it and don't touch it until the snow melts in the spring. it would be harder on it to have a cover rubbing against the paint whenever it's windy.

Covercraft makes a huge variety of car covers and you have options on the materials and their respective properties. Other companies offer similar products in the same price ranges. Keep in mind that none of the good ones are water-proof; that's a good thing. The ability to repel moisture and then allow it to evaporate is far more important.
