I have stumbled upon what I'm thinking is a pretty good deal, and I'm tempted.

    '95 Volvo 850 T5R. Converted to 5spd. 175k on car, 75k on '00 V70R engine (forged pistons?). 19T, IPD springs/exhaust/tune, S60R injectors, AEM wideband and boost controller. 292whp 330wtq.

And it's yellow. One of 300 or something? For $3400 OBO.

    The catch: it's running rich.

What say you? Enable me/remind me of how much of an idiot I am?

    WANT!

I love going to the Pull-a-Part because the dollar admission is cheaper than most car shows and you almost always see cooler cars.

Running rich? Easy fix, up the boost!

Is it bad that a Maserati BiTurbo is my dream car?

That's about as much power as you'd want to run on the stock bottom end. Weak rods.

I think that car has been for sale for a while. Not a bad thing necessarily.

The rich running is most likely remedied with a tune. The question is...why haven't they fixed something that seems easy to remedy?
