Thanks Per and everybody on the staff. Its rough contemplating everything I lost, but now I definitely have some cool car-guy shirts to wear. The outpouring of support from my friends and family, even those far away, has just been tremendous. Honestly losing almost everything I had might be the best thing that ever happened to me, because I might not have realized how many truly fantastic friends I have. I know everything is going to be alright, because with friends like mine, Superman has nothing on me; I'm invincible.

Its hard to ask for stuff, when my needs are met. It feels greedy to ask for anything above the necessities. I have a place to stay, I have clothes and toiletries. There's always going to be stuff I want, but I can't and don't expect people to just send me stuff. My current set of RT615s is about shot, I was hoping to upgrade to some 15x7s so I can try some of the new hot tires, but you know, thats nothing I NEED. I appreciate the intent, though.
I love adjustable wrenches. They make a great hammer for hitting screwdrivers being used as chisels.

Tennessee just had some very bad flooding (that's really an understatement). We live on somewhat of a hill, so didn't take on water, but many around us did including our inlaws. It's been a crazy couple of weeks.

Wowak, our societal needs are different from our survival needs. Let us know anything else that you need.

seriously, I don't have a ton of stuff to offer. I can help refurnish a house if you need. I have a small Ikea side table that I can ship you if you want it. It is black wood. Perfect condition. I need it out of my apartment.

I figure I'll get another month or so out of these, but we'll see. Longer if the rain settles down.

I lived through the last round of hurricanes in FL without taking water damage, just to lose all my stuff in Tennessee? WTF is that about?
