Does anyone know the diminsions of the horizontal competition stripe that goes across the bonnet on a Spitfire? I'm assuming they are the same diminisions as one a TR250? I'm needing the width of each of the 3 stripes, the distance between the stripes and the angle on the stripe (if known). Thanks!

Karl, thanks for the link. I'd forgotten about this website. A lot of good information! However I didn't see the stripe diminsions I was looking for, specifically the green stripe on the ClassicMotorsports GT6 Group 44 Spitfire. I've seen the primarily on TR250's but I guess the were also on Spits and TR4's as well.

Moss Motors has that info. Try giving them a call. I asked them back in the 90s when I was thinking about striping my GT6.

Thanks for all the info. I checked with Moss and didn't find what I was looking for, yet. I Goggled TR250 stripes and found out that they were all silver and that they were painted on although a few did show up with reflective 3M adhesive stripes. Don't know if was to save money or what. Anyway still no dimensions.
