All along, it's been a case "... we can't afford it; maybe we can afford it; it makes no sense to do it later; we should build it now!" They got the roof on yesterday (keep in mind, these are all pictures that were E-mailed to us; I haven't even seen the detached garage yet), they're going to put the sheetrock ceiling in, and some texture/sand-finish onm the walls and that's it. The outside will be stucco to match the house.
Very nice indeed.
As per the lotto. No way I stuff my spare change into a jar to afford race fuel :)
