    Ah yes.

    The other night I told my wife if I won the lotto I'd build a subterranean garage and naturally it would be a great time to do an in ground pool.

    Place is looking good.

    Thank you, yes, now that the garage "is real" I'm getting pretty excited about it! All along, it's been a case "... we can't afford it; maybe we can afford it; it makes no sense to do it later; we should build it now!" They got the roof on yesterday (keep in mind, these are all pictures that were E-mailed to us; I haven't even seen the detached garage yet), they're going to put the sheetrock ceiling in, and some texture/sand-finish onm the walls and that's it. The outside will be stucco to match the house. Andre, keep buying those lottery tickets!

    Very nice indeed.

    As per the lotto. No way I stuff my spare change into a jar to afford race fuel :)
