    this might be slander on this side of the boards but that thing is begging for a 2.5 duratec 4 cylinder, 5 speed and independent rear.

    Actually, a nice 1600 Kent pushrod and 4 speed (OK, maybe 5 speed) would be an excellent upgrade without overdoing it.
