    Do people not understand that if you lose a title you can get another one? Geeeezzz It would open this up to a lot of people that would be interested in buying it.

    Depends on where you live. Here in Illinois, I wouldn't really feel like paying $95 for a title for a car I'm selling.

    Often, these deals are for cars that have leins on them, so no title. Places will loan money against the title, but let you keep the car. Bingo, car goes away.

    The unique front bumper cover that it's missing is a BIG chunk of change and a big reason why its cheap.
