The Arctic Alaska Region of the Sports Car Club of America was founded to have a home for time-speed-distance Road Rally. This branched out to Solo (Autocross) and RallyCross under the sanctioning of the SCCA.
Not just an Anchorage-based club, the Arctic Alaska Region has members across the state and has sanctioned events from Nenana to Homer!
In 2009, the 23rd Annual Mayday Mayday Road Rally will hit the highways of Alaska and teams will gather pledges to add to the “almost” $100,000 raised for Hospice of Anchorage.
